Face-to-face coaching programs offer a comprehensive approach to help you achieve your fitness goals.

- weekly 45min training session in a private gym-studio
- a personalized training program designed specifically for you, along with
- a customized meal plan tailored to your training goals,
- weekly check-ins based on your biofeedback markers to ensure your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
To make it even more convenient for you, all of this will be delivered through my fitness app. You'll have easy access to your training program, meal plan, and be able to track your progress all in one place.
